Private Wine Dinners Lake Tahoe

When we started Full Glass Events, there was a vision of creating incredible experiences in both food and wine right in people’s homes. We wanted to create gatherings purposefully different than what you’d find in a restaurant, creating a more intimate, family-style vibe that proprietor Dani Morris gets when visiting her family in Europe. Its exciting to see this vision come to life and wine pairing dinners are truly where our hearts lie in what we represent.

Wine pairing dinners are our signature tasting experiences combined with dishes that immerse you into a deeper understanding of wines, the places they come from, and what they pair best with. Sommelier Dani Morris will be your private chef and hostess leading you through the culinary experience throughout the evening with plenty of education on the wine pairing topic you choose.

What to Expect

Just like our tastings, we bring everything needed for your wine pairing event. We’ll prepare the dishes right in your own kitchen beforehand, set a beautiful tablescape and coordinate the evening’s itinerary for you and your guests. We also take care of all cleanup so you can continue enjoying the evening afterwards. With an enticing progression of homemade dishes coupled with wine education from sommelier Dani Morris, this will truly be an experience you and your guests will reminisce about long afterwards.

Dinner Packages

Our pairing packages are based on cultural themes from wines around the world. These are our current offerings:

  • French Wine Dinner

  • Italian Wine Dinner

  • Bubbles Brunch

  • Wine Pairing Picnic (midday/afternoon event)

  • Autumn Harvest Dinner (Sept-November)

  • Friendsgiving Dinner (November)

Prices are $185 per person at a dinner for 8-12 people, which accounts for the budget of all food and bottles of wine. Each dinner package includes 5 courses and 6 wines.

All event meals are family-style to give a shared experience around the dinner table.

Please note that special dietary accommodations cannot be made on an individual basis but can be applied to the entire group. Custom dinner menus are available as an upgrade.

Wine dinners are currently offered in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. If you would like to host a wine dinner but do not have the space to do so, arrangements can be made to use our private outdoor space. Contact us for more information.
